Sant Dnyaneshwar spread the message of Bhagwat Gita where the Lord Krishna says ‘’all are the part of the paramatma so all are equal. All are part of paramatma and everybody has paramatma in his \ her heart. More over every living & non living thing has paramatma in its core’’. This is why all Brahmins, kshatriyas, vaishya and shudra are equal. Even the ones who do not walk the path of Hindu religious faith are also equal to Hindus. Then He says ‘One who knows this oneness never hates others’.

Sant Dnyaneshwar not only said this but lived to this in such a way. He made a group of saints also called as warakari who hailed from all casts and creeds in Maharashtra. He had Gorobakaka a kumbhar, Name a shimpi, Chokhoba a mahar in his group of saints. All were like many bodies one soul and spread this message of oneness in the whole society. In new era language you may call this as Team Gyana [ Dnyaneshwar ].

He was asked to prove that all men and animals have one soul. He called master of a male buffalo on the road and the buffalo recited verses of Vedas after him, it is believed. If you do not you can just say this is symbolic story how he had oneness with animals too.

Not men not animals but the non living things are also part of the soul. To prove this it is believed that he moved the wall of his house towards Maharishi Changadev’s place.

So that is what Sant Dnyaneshwar is. Till today we are so separated from each other that we cannot say we are living in a modern world than his age of 13th century.

Hate & Love

One of my friends Mr. Gogate met me offline today morning the only line he said with his cheerful face was ’’ We receive one mail from you everyday & we READ it.’’

Hate mails are quite infectious and spread very fast but their life is too short. Love mails are not so fast in their spread but their life is very very long if they are read like this. Eg. We do not read any hate literature of 13 th century but do read Dnyaneshwari of that era!

And again thoughts are those that make or break the world. Though the world looks to be breaking, it is survived only due to thoughts given by our saints and sages which we are just reiterating here.

As we indulge in  more and more  physical wants we do not get more happiness. But  on the contrary we do suffer more and more sorrows so let your body and mind indulge in God which is the seat of happiness.:says sant dnyaneshwar maharaj in his teachings.
