Humanity 10 - it is the best phylosophy of life.

✴️ A philosophy of life for your pleasure and prosperity.

Part 1 -

💥This philosophy is Humanity first. I believe that religions are helpful for world happiness only when they are analyzed well before use. 

This phylosophy is  based on balance of life. If you don't balance everything in your life you lose happiness. 

⏫️ Excess is curse  - 

Excessive is a mantra of this age. Everyone wants more and more. It necessarily won't create happiness. 

Excess of -

🔅Work

🔅Sex [ Whenever sex is mentioned in this write up; it is not just about having physical sex but watching, reading, talking, thinking anything about sex and romance is also included in that term. ] 

🔅money

🔅food, drinks, 

🔅addictive materials etc. 

🔅And all of worldly pleasures.

🔆Or excessive Spirituality,  

🔆Or Un analyzed fundamentals of religions; 

Anything excess of any of these could imbalance your life and create displeasure. 

Satisfaction and control are key words for all of things in life.

⚛️ Another important part of this philosophy is to know the world,  think what is right or wrong, Chose right 

And then try to act upon it.

This will be helpful for you to make your own philosophy of life and have a better life. Thoudhtless acts ruin lives. 💢

Everyone has his or her own struggle of life. I now share one of my internal  struggles of life - It was a question - whether to decide one way or the other way. Which is one way and which is the other way ?

✴️ one is way to be totally spiritual; mentally leaving aside all worldly things. Shading away physical desires and living life of neutrality like lotus leaf in water. Lotus is on water but does not become wet.  

♥️ Enjoy all worldly things only. Viz sex, food, money, travel etc.

🎶 The third and final way is to combine physical and spiritual life. 

These were the 3 options and I always had dilemna; which one to choose ? 

📚 After reading a lot of things, books, literature etc. And again reading my own mind and thinking about human nature in general deeply; I have come to the conclusion that we should combine our physical and spiritual life which means I will enjoy the worldly happiness with fullest involvement in it. At the same time never forget spiritual practise which gives pleasure without anything from outside world. So that is internal happiness. 

Enjoy both.

When I enjoy worldly things; I do absorb it to it's fullest. When my wife Tanuja cooks something special and so delicious I am so happy. Even my mouth stops chewing and starts talking first, ' Wow.. mind blowing.' 

 I also may add in funny way as A marathi writer achary Atre wrote :  ' What a taste ! Such a food might not have been cooked in last 10000 years! ' 

Jack a frenchman says to Alen an american; in a Hollywood film - ' Paris can wait ' year 2016 , "You Americans have reasons for everything you eat, We french eat for happiness "

Great writer Pu La Deshpande once wrote that it is a great feast to my eyes to watch a frenchman dine! ( in his book Apoorvai a travalogue. )

These people have taught me how to enjoy food.

I give my fullest in relations also. I love people. Sometime ago I get kicked badly by friends and that created deep sorrow  followed for years together. But it did not force me to change my style. I kept on with lovely relations.

【 One more memory - Sweet heart love was also not my fortune. My love was never accepted by any lady I liked. But I never generalized my attitude to all ladies and never agonised with those or other ladies.】

 The fruit of my dedication in relations payed be back. God bestowed upon me after many years. I got a very accomplished friendship with a senior friend Bapu. He gave me everything that I needed emotionally. Such a Gem of a person. It was a short lived friendship as he died in just 2.5 years after we met. But it was to the fullest of satisfaction. May Lord bless him more happy lives ahead. The sorrow of his death lingered a bit longer but it's ok now. I Am Thinking that Happy and sad moments come and go. Try and get over them and not allow them to get over us. And again; it is important to mention that Spiritual thoughts helped me to get through that sorrow. 

Everything that rises essentially falls. Be it birth, life, money, love, relation. Nothing is permanent. All we need to do is to enjoy everything when it comes to us.

So talking about Ishwar and his form -

 the jagat; both are source of happiness to me.

The double engine philosophy is very fruitfull. I will appeal not to be a one sided person.

Few people are totally engaged in spiritual world, ignore all worldly things.

 I will say to the " only spiritual " persons that - ' the material is also very important. If the material was not here; the spirit could not have been able to express itself at all. In the Vedas or older Hindu scriptures it is written that the Brahma fealt lonely that is why he decided to create the world. in Sanskrit he said,  'eko Aham bahu syam: '. 

Sant Dnyaneshwarji said, ' world is his mirror to watch Himself !

This life is so beautiful which God has gifted us. 

And there are much more people on the other side. They have a fully materialistic view. Their perception about The God  is just a borderline a thing. They are in continuous process of gaining wealth and physical things. They are literally drowning in it. And that impermanent world brings them a lot of sorrow one day.

For those type of people who have ' only materialistic ' view; I would say that, ' without the spirit there is nothing. The material is zero without the spirit. It is all pervading Supreme being that is real liveliness. If you don't know the Spirit; you can study about it in all our Vedas and Upanishads. Definitely you should know about. Then experience Him And thus balance your life this way.

Indian phylosophy about spirit -

Though it is indian phylosophy, no one needs to become hindu to know this. I am giving it just for your enhancement of thoughts from body to universe.

. Spirit the Bramhan is the more vast than vast. Bramhan is whole of existance, it includes the tiny earthly jagat called maya too. We do exist; but it is too small a being in the total universe and hence it tends to zero in mathematical language. That is why Lord krishna says the loss of earthly material should not be allowed to catch youtself by deep sorrow. Go ahead in life with whatever you have with you.

ie. ' gatasu n gatasusch n tvam shochitum arhasi '. I can gather myself from falling down with the help of these thoughts.

The spirit is almighty, it is very strong and if you are connected with it; it gives a lot of power of mind and continuous state of happiness etc.

You think that - ' I do this I do that '. That's ego.But in fact; without the power of the Almighty you are nothing. You are not able to do anything without His will. As the friendship or relationship needs a lot of maintenance - same is true with the spirit also. Connection with Lord is also important to maintain relations with Him. You have to know and remind Him again and again. That gives you a lot of power to live. It also helps you sail the river of this world easily. My own experience is - life becomes very fulfilled with the help of the connect to God. And again I feel that the material world and the spiritual world combined will create the heaven on the earth for all of us. There is No need to find a ticket to heaven after death. 😄.For me there is no need of moksha also.The life is so cool that I am ready to take birth again and again. ☺️

My life my philosophy sets to be golden mean of the two. That is one very important part of philosophy. But Many other aspects of life and its philosophy are no less important. They will follow in next write ups.

✴️ Philosophy part 2 - A :

We all are human beings and we have some basic needs which are to be fulfilled. For fulfilling those basic needs everybody has to Work. So we have to learn, we have to work and get food, water and shelter being basic needs. Apart from these basic needs; we have right to enjoy other material things too. To give an example : we can enjoy watching some good movie, we can enjoy listening some good music, we can enjoy eating some delicious food items etc; apart from the basic needs. Yes we can desire those merriment  too.

According to my philosophy desire something you like and get it, enjoy it. It is not a bad thing. Of course any material thing which you receive has its own limitations. When you buy some health insurance policy from market; you may find a ' conditions apply' tag on it. Similarly every material thing that we can enjoy has the conditions apply tag on it. What are the conditions? That I will tell you afterwards.

2 B :- Here let me narate the basic Manifesto of humanity. You have seen in the part A that you have the right to desire and get things with conditions apply. Now let us go to part B of this basic manifesto. In this part B you should know that whatever physical or material things you have got, you are getting and you will get are given by the almighty. Don't have ego that ' I got it '. Almighty has given everything to you. What is the name of the Almighty is not important. God, Allah, Ishwar parabrahma or just super power you may call Him. So we have to be very thankful to Him every now and then. 

In short - Have the desires, ask for them to the almighty do work for it and when you get them fulfilled; thank the Lord. Definitely we work to get but we are not the masters. The master is the almighty we are just workers. 

Philosophy of humanity has another aspect which tells how to work, how to enjoy, what to desire, how to behave etc. All these things are also very important and that we will see in the part 3 Thank you.🙏

In this part we will see that how the world of the God is. Really it's so beautiful. world around us is so beautiful. In hustle and bustle of life we just ignore it.1 nature - See the rising Sun, See the setting Sun also. It's so beautiful to watch the rising or the setting Sun. See the beautiful hilocks and hills covered with lush greenery. See the enormous blue sea water and the playfull waves. See the blue sky spread over the world and also see the smiling baby,see the beautiful ladies and strong men around. To experience and enjoy beauty of nature is very interesting part of my life. 

2. Sometimes we are shy to say that we enjoy meeting gorgeous ladies or handsome men, but actually we should not.

We should remember that; this is the creation of the great Lord the God Allah,Ishwar or the Brahma. And other thing that we should remember that we should thank the lord for it. For everything which He has created for us. Actually in the schools as a student we are taught such kind of poems also ' thank you God for everything you gave' or ' Deva Tujhe Kiti Sundar Akash, Sundara Prakash Deva kiti ' and so on.

✴️Hello now Part 4 :

In the earlier 3 messages we saw that we are the children of the lord. We live in this physical world. So we have many desires of our own and to have these desires is not a bad thing. We also saw that we should be thankful to the God for all what we have.We also saw that the Lord has created a very beautiful world. Now in this new message we will find that what is the right way to full fill our desires in my view. 

You remember ? I said that your physical world desires are subject to ' conditions apply ' 

A - Let's see something about desires of human being. Our desires are most natural things. Neither should we go away from them nor should we release them uncontrolled.

As the God created the physical bodies; they need to grow, they need to propagate_ they need to live. That's why the Lord has created the desires. And also he has created Some protective measures for us too. in the first place we saw that for basic living; we need food, water, shelter In other types of desires are for the entertainment of the body or mind. 

To fulfill desires we should work hard. God gives things only to the one who works. And secondly we should be honest in our work. Dishonesty may pay immediately but later on create instability of mind or of any other kind. And if at all it does not create any problem still also we should be honest because honesty is the first choice of the Lord. So have desires, work for them and be honest while working. Now in this era; as so many people have become such a dishonest in their work for getting money etc; the world has become such a bad place to live. The game of Lord needs a fair play. Foul plays are not meant for this game. Corrupt practises don't follow His rule. And the punishment is sought sooner ir later in life.

 B : the physical desires have their own limitations example : I need to eat for the body to grow, I need to eat for my pleasure ok but if i eat more than what I can digest or need; It will create extra fat; then it will create a lot of illness of the the body. so the limitations of eating is always there. I like Gulab Jamun but I should eat only 4 to 5 and if I go for 15-20 it will ruin all the pleasure. { One more thing is - If I give feeling full pleasure to every bolus; I do not need to eat larger quantities too! }

Similarly all the desires have their limitations. if one boy likes a girl both youngsters; and she denies him; he should leave his desire from his mind. Sometimes it so happens that if she says ' no ' he gets so annoyed that he does harm to that girl and subsequently to himself and both the families.

 if you want to live in good life style you need money. How should you procure it ? You should get money from good sources, hard work and honesty. if you forget it, you may land in some wrong ways and then your fortune maybe in jail also. Corruption has already ruined many economies of this world!😢

 So Its better to know your capacity and set goal accordingly. There is need of control over your body, mind and intellect so that the needs remain in good frame. Un controlled desires, I wana more have created many problems for all. So controll is a key word for desires.

Thirdly Desires should be fulfilled buy your own work and not by snatching from other's plate. snatching from other's plates create; fights between people, cast, religion and nations. this has caused a lot of bloodshed, unhappiness, instability in the world so get by honest and hard and smart work and not by snatch is another foremost important factor to fulfill. that's all for today. ✴️Part 5 - 

  A brief summary is like this :- God is such a concept which says He has created the world. So there is God and there is world too. We should be thankful to the God for his creation which is very beautiful. 

 As we are the part of the physical material world there are physical desires which are natural. So to have desires is not a bad thing. then we saw that these desires should be controlled and limited. We also saw that there should be honesty in worldly behavior of ours. Today we will see the next part of this. as we have these desires for some reason we have desire of sex or sexual feelings too. The world has to continue for millions of years. Progeny keeps life moving on. Lord gave sex desire for that purpose. We should not shy to talk about this desire. As we saw in the earlier messages that physical desires should have limitations and should be under control of ourselves; same applies to the sexual desire also. unlike other animals human sexuality is a bit different. Because we are more intellectual and emotional animals the relations differ particularly the sexual ones. lion kills other lion and one male enjoys all the female in the herd. in cats mother or sister are not banned from sexual relationship with their kid or brother. This is not at all the case in humans. so for propagation of life; the sexual act along with emotions also. So it is at a higher level in the a human beings and so we have many limitations. To accomplish with this need better :- 1. we have found a marriage system which is very very good considering above facts and we should abide with our marriage and our partner. We should not have any type of love or relationship with other person. Inspite of some mere attractions, I never had extra marital affair. Such a totally committed one to one relationship creates heavenly happiness for families. 

 2. We should also be aware that - as J krishnmurti told us : to have sexual thought is not a wrong thing but to have it in excessive is wrong.🙏

✴️Part 6 : 

today we will see something more about desire for money. there was only one saint gondavalekar maharaj in Maharashtra who categorically said that, money is very important in life. money brings all needs and dreams of life true. money is a thing for which human beings do their jobs. If money was not required to live, people wouldn't have worked so much. Like earlier two desires; money too has some limitations. Now see after demonetisation we have seen how the people are doing wrong things about money. behind the scene the people are doing hundred times worst things for saving the black money they sought . It is absolutely wrong. People give 1000 reasons for ill practices but it is not true. Example given if you ask a doctor why he has changed the noble profession into bad business ? he will say that it is requirement of the time. the cost of the clinic has grown enormously so we have to do all these things. But there are very good examples of settling down honestly. One of my doctor friend used to work part time as a compounder at sasoon hospital to get desired amount to establish his clinic rather than going for mal practises. He had a clinic in slum area, because he had no funds to get high flown clinic. Then after working hard with this double duty he got some money and created essential funds and left the Compounder's job and set second clinic in better area.

 I also started my clinic from only single room of my ancestral house then I proceeded further according to the availability of funds. I never accepted a single paisa of cut practice. Satisfaction matters.

 There are 100s of thousands of government officers taking different types of bribes. Actually they are paid well for that job. That corruption can be brought down immediately; if they live happily with the good salary which they get from the governments. If corruption is abolished; prosperity could be easier for many countries. We need a world of good economical practices which will in turn will create availability of resources to all sectors of life. Lust should be shed off for this. so let us work hard, work honestly and live a nice life that is given to us by the lord. We should thank god for all the money whatever amount is given to us by him. I think every rupee I get is the grace of God nothing else. this kind of thinking gives me happiness unlimited. so let us create a different world of economy for all.🙏

 God is the KEY of life and humanity is 1 subkey ( for bigger lockers there are such subkeys )

 I try to be better human being. if you are a big writer or social worker or industrialist but if you are not a good person to people around you; whats the use of it all ? 

Not only that; I try to inspire every person to be a better human. That social cause is another philosophy of my life and a passion too.

 The second subkey is positivity. I happened to find this tool when I had some personal challenges and found it to be very very helpful. You can study them on your own. It is a big big practice. It is not just to read but practice. Some good references for your help are Joseph Murphy power of subconscious mind, Rhonda Bern the secret series of books, Shri shri Tejparakhiji and Shri Vamanrav Pai are excellent guides.

Love is very important in life. Not only close ones but I have love for the people of whole world. Through various media I connect to them verbally or emotinally. I do find many characters of hollywood films also which are close to my heart.

Love, humanity, honesty, gratitude, enjoying world, knowing God is all about my philosophy.   

I have found all this path to be very very enriching. I read, see around, write, think to find what is right and execute it in every single deed of mine. And just halfway I walked it; I am so satisfied. You may try or just leave. It's your choice. But thanks for going through it.
