A patient age 30 arrived at my clinic in Sept 2016. He was suffering from hsv the herpes simplex virus for 4 years with multiple symptoms and gross positive igg. He started treatment and started getting results in 2 months. Now he is all the well. No symptoms and negative antibodies too. Respect towards other faiths and their belief in their Gods is of utter importance. Me only and my God only concepts have ruined world miserably. What is Humanity ? Humanity is coded as behavior of being good human being.  He or she be like generous, loving, helping, being good to others person. Humanity maybe hard work done for securing happiness to all.  But being social worker or hero is not essential parts of humanity life. You can live yourselves without doing social work but being good person and still you have humanity . On the contrary Sometimes social workers are selfish and exploiters - they won't be called good Humans. Humanity is thinking about others rather than just being selfish.  Humanity may also defined in No wala criterias. Not creating nuisance to others, not being reason for unhappiness to others and not creating trouble to others. That would also be sufficient ! How to be a good human ? Once we all pledge to be a better human being; we can explore different ways to follow.  1. You can practice your religion for becoming better human being. But you have to curtail wrong and inhuman practises of your religion. Analyse the preachings. Throw away wrong sriptures and directives. Then pick up and follow the good verses and practises of religion regerously.  That is one way. But if you don't believe religion; you may do following things... 2. Our parents have tought us so many good things in childhood; which we need to recollect, think over and act upon.  3. Reading high quality literature of different type. Benefits of humanity : Being a better human  is  very beneficial for you and me and all of us.  1.We are all exploiting each others and that's why everyone is being exoloited. Which is a big dent to progress and happiness to all. If all adopt humanity; all will be beneficiaries.  2.Those who are selfish, exploiters, cruel, power hungry, over powering - may get a lot of  money and power out of there acts but they are never satisfied.
