Mrs C P, age 50 approached our clinic on 8 feb 1999.She was not able to walk without dyspnoea [ could not breath properly after a small walk ], there was pain in chest and heaviness too. she was diagnosed to have : Moderate sized secundum atrial septal defect \ Moderate left to right shunt. Mild pulmonary hypertension So this was a defect of septum in the heart and she might be having it for a long period .Eventually when grew into symptoms she approached doctors who asked her for an operation which was not possible for that is why she preferred ayurvedic treatment.  After 1 year of treatment she got totally relieved from breathlessness and 2 other major symptoms. All her family members are our regular patients till now and she is quite OK there after.

There is a huge cry in the print media about the failure of Hazare Anna's movement. They say such a ripples are unproductive.  But we MJM strongly feel that it will not be a waste of national time at all. Let some movements like this come and go that will create atmosphere for bigger changes and ultimately we will get into A phase where we shall develop as a country with Good Governance.

We need a house of our own where neighbors are not abusing after drinking liquor We need a house of our own where the all pervading God is with us creating unending happiness in our minds.

Today there is a news which says that chief justice of a state has made fun of a women who filed a case of beating by husband saying,' this is the fate of Indian women and why should she bother if her husband is earning well ?' See this is a CJ of a state ! We respect women as deities like Ma Durga or Jagadamba but do we respect common women around us including our keens viz wife mother daughter also ? Think twice if you have such discrimination or dis respect on your mind. Women are also treating other women in form of daughter in laws in the same way. What to do if you get fever? Fevers are diagnosed and treated by doctors only & not at home. But you should know what to first if you have fever. When your body temperature rises above 98. 5 you have fever but this may be disease fever or it may be just a symptom. As soon as body temperature rises above you should take following care. Reduce your regular diet. As mentioned above ama & indigestion are root cause for fever reduction of daily diet is very important. It is called langhan. It helps digestion bring on track.
