Akshay tritiya is a hindu festival marked in the summer season. Rather than any other season due to hot weather in this continent it is not a so easy season in India. Panhe is made of raw mango which is called kairi in marathi and kachcha am in hindi. It is sour in taste and is liked by almost everybody here.
