I got a great opportunity to visit shri kshetr Oudumbar near Sangli Maharashtra.  It is a place where Dattabhakt shri Narsinh Sarswatiji stayed to meditate for the chaturmasa parv around some 7 centuries ago.  The krishna_rever flows silently beyond the temple.  All together  it was cool, calm, serene experience for me and my wife Tanuja to sit on the banks of krishna with minds full of devotion.   It is devine, it is nothing but ultimately blissful . That state of mind gives birth to more creativity and subsequently better buisiness in our lives.

Devote your life to try and Become a Better Human being. That will create a small drop of water of humanity. And such a hundreds of thousands of drops will create The Ocean of Lovely Humanity. Believe in Live and let Live. Leave the mentality of hate and opression towards people from other clans than your's and towards weaker sections of society. एका पेशंटला अध्यात्म विषयक माहिती हवी होती म्हणून देत होतो. सगळं ऐकल्यावर त्याला आवडलं पण त्याने एक प्रश्न विचारला की; ' सर हे केल्याने माझी सेक्स ची इच्छा तर नाही ना जाणार ⁉️ '  मी म्हणलं की;  'अरे भाई काही घाबरू नकोस. डोंगरा एवढं जरी अध्यात्म केलंस तरी देखील हीच काय पण कुठलीच इच्छा इतक्या सहजपणे नष्ट होत नसते. छान आणि आवश्यक तेवढी मर्यादा आली तरी बास झालं. What is Humanity ? Humanity is coded as behavior of being good human being.  He or she be like generous, loving, helping, being good to others person. How to be a good human ? Once we all pledge to be a better human being; we can explore different ways to follow.  1. You can practice your religion for becoming better human being. But you have to curtail wrong and inhuman practises of your religion. Analyse the preachings. Throw away wrong sriptures and directives. Then pick up and follow the good verses and practises of religion regerously.  That is one way. But if you don't believe religion; you may do following things... 2. Our parents have tought us so many good things in childhood; which we need to recollect, think over and act upon.  3. Reading high quality literature of different type. Why are the Chaturmasa niyamas ?  Ans - As agni changes from time to time for every individual ( summer, rainy, cold seasons ) ayurveda joins hand with hindu religion and guides people to eat less in chaturmasa the rainy season when agni is less. Ayurveda stops us from all kind of addictions. Ayurveda teaches us indriy nigrah by nerrating hazards of uncontrolled mind. It says indriy lolupatv causes many diseases. Indriyas means sense organs like tounge, eyes, skin etc. They have natural desires. But Uncontrlled desires cause problems. We fall prey to our cravings for different attractions like too much of any foods particularly fast foods, oily, spicy foods. All addictive materials { liquor, smoke etc. }. These things are harmfull to firstly stomach then to other organs. Too much of sex is also impairative to bodies of humans. That desire also needs to be well under controll. Otherwise diseases like STD are on the way to you. So control is one of the best ways to fitness. Ayurveda has much more detailed class on it but we will stop for now. Rest we will see later. मात्राशी स्यात् - चरक सू. १/३ Eat properly : Diet is base of many thing in our body. Proper diet and digestion wi create  power and capacity to work, complexion and oja, poshan of proper body dhatus like musckes, blood etc. They are also created out of proper food. That is why it's important to keep close eye on what we eat and drink everyday. We should eat in quantity according to our agni who digests our food. And while calculating quantity of food; we many times miss this - the food intake should be calculated not just of edible food but we should calculate drinks also. So if we say my diet is 2 chapatis, so much vegetables dal and chaval, we should also add khir or milk or chhas tea coffee water etc. Calculate amount of both foods, know how much you can digest and then finalize your diet. क्षण एक पुरे जगण्याचा ! रोज सकाळी उठल्यावर आपण कितीतरी गुड मॉर्निंग चे मेसेज वाचतो आणि ती गुड असते देखील पण आजची रविवारची माझी सकाळ व्हेरी व्हेरी स्पेशल झाली ।  हल्ली रोज मी चक्क पहाटे उठून टेरेस वर जातो आणि व्यायाम करतो । लै धमाल असते राव । पण आज रविवार म्हणून व्यायामाला जरा सुट्टी घ्यायचा विचार आला / पण टेरेस चा विचार काही स्वस्थ बसू देई ना ... मग ठरवलं मस्त पैकी चहा घेऊन वर जाऊ या मग काय लग्गेच अंमलबजावणी । मी चहा, सतरंजी, सॅनीटाईझर अशी सगळी गॅंग पोचलो वर । आहाहा काय क्षण पकडलास पश्या, मी स्वतःलाच शाबासकी दिली । मंद वारा, पक्षांचे थवे चिवचिवत आहेत आणि नुकताच वर येणारा तो पूर्वेचा लाल मंद तेजाचा गोळा आणि हातात चहाचा कप.... खल्लास दिल खुश हो गया ।  माझे व चहा चे कित्येक क्षण असे गुगल फोटोज वर नसतील पण या मानेवरच्या कम्प्युटर ला असे काही फीड आहेत ना की बस !  त्यात मुख्य आहे पन्हाळ्याच्या तबक बागे समोर च्या टपरी वरचा चहा । मी एवढ्याशा कपातुन घुटके घेतोय, समोर नाना प्रकारचे पक्षी मंडळी ये जा करताहेत, हर प्रकारचे आवाज आणि त्यांचे जमिनीत चोच खुपसून दाणे टिपणे । आणि मग पुन्हा ...
