In most of the sports injuries, Vat dosha is vitiated.  Vat is chal in nature. When chal guna the movement is wrong way or in excessive in amount; vata gets vitiated. It causes different diseases for example the most common one tennis elbow. If your body tissues are not strong enough such a cause will enhance a lot. Another reason is aghat like fall jerk or blow which causes direct vitiation of vat. Sportsman with steong tissues also succeptible to such a bahy aghat and injury  is inevitable for him or her also. All we need to do is to find which dhatu ( tissue / system eg muscle, bone etc. ) is affected. The treatment will include Vat shaman as told in last video.
