Friends all that maters in our health maintenance is to understand the signals of our body. It is actually a very strongly sensitive machine of this world. To elaborate I can give an example of our diet. We follow lots of diet plans but neglect what our body says. Body gives many signals like being hungry at certain point of time and that of satisfaction also. Do we follow these signals properly ? Body also meters out the need of calories also, no need to count them every day. If you are eating more than consumption of energy you become fat and heavy. Many simple signs ignored cause great loss to health.
