Grapes use and caution according to ayurveda

Now the season for grapes is on Really Grapes are good for health. They increase body power, immunity. Grapes are useful in constipation,scanty urine, increase eye sight. It is good in raktpitt and jaundice, pacifies thirst well and so on. But be careful; unripe sour grapes are not good for health it may increase cough and raktapitt. So wait until they ripe and taste sweet.
