Common cold - sardi Jukam or allergic rhinitis.

Now we are entering rainy season of 2016 and you will find that common cold and cough are becoming prevalent as health concerns. One of my lovely child patient Ms AB lives in Myanmar and has this problem every year in rains but it does not stop here and continues after it also till summer. To add to the situation there is full AC in her school through out year which she can not bear with and gets cold cough throat itching throat infection recurrently and sometimes fever also. When in India once in Rainy season her parents found that my medicine is very useful for her so last visit she picked up 90 dose for winter and the report was she used it when needed and very important was that she never had to use any antibiotic in this period which she needed often earlier. Now she is OK but has picked up another 90 dose for this season. Ayurveda power has revealed good results from such a distance medication also.

People suffering from Allergic rhinitis - common cold - सर्दी जुकाम खासी गला पकडना are ample in the society. The disease though not fetal; is quite irritating and causes troubles while working and debilitates human beings of all continents including USA where dust on road is nil.  
See the record of one Mr M J who suffered from this and had no solutions to find for it in any pathy so far. He got pretty good results and now suffers just once a year. M had severe allergic rhinitis with watery nose, red eyes, headache and so on. He visited me frequently in March june July August 2010,Jan Aug Nov Dec 2011,Feb Dec 12 and now from 13 Jan 13, 6 Feb 14, 6 Feb 15 and today 8 Feb 16! Now single 7 days ayurvedic dose is all sufficient. He never visits any other clinic for this purpose and the severity of disease and time taken to cure is also reduce. Some home remedies natural herbal remedies are also very usefull for this. decoction of tulasi yashtimadhu and shunthi miri is usefull. you can have sitopaladi churn for the same reason or tribhuvan kirti ras. For fever you should move to ayuurvedic doctor for better.
