Heart disease and Ayurveda dietary suggestions

Mrs SS had rheumatic heart disease. she was asked to go for an operation as her valves were failing to respond well and she had symptoms like dyspnoea on small exertion means breath shortness.
.She also had pulmonary hypertension too. She was not responding to allopathy medical treatment. We started her medicines related to rheumatism and heart. soon after few months when she underwent another 2D Echo doctor told her not to go for surgery as it was not necessary. reports were much better and her breathing absolutely fine. for some years now she is all well
Mrs PB 81 had been hospitalized for chest pain and severe weakness and breathing problem.
Reports after angeography said :
85,80,70,95% blockage in heart supplying arteries.
Ventricle ejection function 45 %
she was diagnosed to have multiple blockages in heart but looking at her age any surgery was decided to avoid and she is being treated with my ayurvedic treatment for heart disease which is herbal and ras aushadhis along with home remedy. Now for an year she is absolutely fine she goes for walking out no breathing problem.
The genetic factor of Indians in particular and south Asians in general is important as regards heart diseases particularly IHDs. This factor has a greater role to play hence alarming Indians and south Asians to work hard to get rid of risk factors.
Indians have genetically more tendency to accumulate fats in blood vessels that supply the heart, they more prone to diabetes genetically and to deposit fat on the abdomen rather than hips.Actually I can see that Americans eat more fat and are more obese as compared to Indians. But they are less affected in this disease.
That is all about inheritance. I do not blame God for being biased against Indian race and sit coolly. But want to emphasis that as Indians are genetically more prone they should work hard to eliminate risk factors and live more healthy life.
According to my knowledge smoking should have been lot a damaging factor along with lack of exercise and vegetable consumption.
Actually Indians must have been more vegetable consumers than rest of the world but the too much cooking might be factor of concern.
As many researchers blame on carbohydrate consumption against vegetables, may be partly true for urban life style, as our requirement for combustion is low. Actually we find no cardiac or diabetic illness prevailing in Indian villages where there are no vegetables to eat regularly.
My mother told in her konkan Maharashtra village they would get vegetables only in particular period of year, rest of the time they used to eat a lot of rice with papad and lonache ! My grandfather would walk to fields and cycle to inlaws' village which was 20 odd miles with 2 \3 hills on the way! Goa people eat a lot of coconut and rice, yet occurance of these diseases is not prevalent my Dr. friend in Goa says [ will google it out for stats].Bhakari or roti is and was main diet in most of Indian countryside areas, and no vegetables are available in plenty in spite of their being farmers!
So the point is, it is the movement that matters and not the carbs.
For a citizen with sedentary life style, it is fat load that is to be reduced too. If you see your fridge and containers on racks, you will find a lots of fried foods. Preparation of fresh nashta is next to impossible so all Diwali items all fried items are present in the rack for the whole year, the fridge is fully packed with cad buries and ice creams along with carborated drinks [Baba Ramdeo calls them what ???]
Quit smoking, exercise regularly, eat chauras diet which includes 6 tastes and all necessary ingrediants like protein, carbs, fats, vitamins & roughage in your plate as chapati, dal, rice, milk, butter milk, vegetables, ghee, lemon etc.

Women are more protected against heart ailments till menopause due to the hormones and then after lose the cover but the earlier lifestyle continues and they are at larger risk because ladies are permitted with less weight than men but do not have it. They are as fat as their male counterparts.
