If you get an episode during treatment don't get dusturbed. Do following for 3 days
1.Raise the dose to 4 per day.
2. Take trifala churn 1 tsf or trifala kadha 4 tsf at night.
3. Skip night dinner and just have cow or buffalo milk 1 glass with suger.
4. Apply / Eat mahatiktak ghrut twice
5. God saves you.
