Akshay Tritiya Hindu festival and panhe an ayurvedic cold drink

Akshay tritiya is a hindu festival marked in the summer season. Rather than any other season due to hot weather in this continent it is not a so easy season in India. So the fore fathers took an opportunity to feel it with happiness with this festival which is important for buying gold. we celebrate this with panhe an ayuvedic cold drink commonly used here in summer.
Panhe is made of raw mango which is called kairi in marathi and kachcha am in hindi. It is sour in taste and is liked by almost everybody here.
Now a days we find many cold drinks which are used in India also largely which are sweet in taste and loaded with calories and soda or carbonated ; so not so good for health at all.
Panhe an ayurvedic drink as I call it as because it is sour in taste with added sugar and salt which is necessary for body in this season. It is helpful to replenish salt and water lost in perspiration in the hot summer. It is also useful as it gives strength to the body. Sour taste kairi is also helpful for digestion, increases ras dhatu, increases apatite  energizes you and pleases your mind too.
So are some cold drinks like kokam sarabat and lemon sarbat
Other 3 drinks are gulab and vala sarbat and coconut water which are also good to control extra heat of summer.
