Law and humanity

We need a law which is oriented to Humanity and; not based on any religion.

As we have said earlier religions are important for man to be better humans;but it is  not necessary that each & everything in all religions is humanitarian, hence we need frame such a modern law so as to protect humanity & safety to all persons of country. Eg multiple marriage in islam may hurt the interest of  islami women.
