     उन्हाळा आला आता गरमीच्या त्रासाची शक्यता असते तेव्हा काळजी घ्यायला हवी नाहीतर उष्णतेचे  विकार होण्याचा संभव असतो.  आयुर्वेदाचा सामान्य विशेष सिद्धांत म्हणतो कि सारख्याने सारख्याची वाढ होते व विरुद्ध ने घट होते.जर तुम्हाला उष्णता घटवायची असेल तर थंड आहार, पेय व वागणुक करायला हवी.      पेय : थंड पाणी हे अतिशय उत्तम व सोपा उपाय याने गरम पणा तर कमी होतोच शिवाय सूर्याने शोषल्याने कमी झालेले शरीरातील पाणी देखिल भरून निघते. हे तहाने प्रमाणे वारंवार देखिल प्यायले तरी चालेल. नैसर्गिक थंड करणारा फ्रीज म्हणजे माठ वापरा किंवा विद्युत फ्रीज दोन्ही चालेल. थंड पणा घशाला सोसवेल एवढा असावा. उभ्याने वरून गटागटा पिऊ नये तर सावकाश चव घेत प्यावे याने मुखातॆल कोरड पण नीट नाहीशी होते. पाण्याबरोबरच इतर पेय देखिल उपकारक ठरतात व पित्त शामक ही ठरतात ती अशी : सरबते : कोकम, लिंबू, वाळा,गुलाब उत्तम. तसेच दुग्धजन्य मध्ये दुध किंवा गोड टाक घ्यावे. उसाचा रस उत्तम.        आहार : कलिंगड, खरबूज, टरबुज, द्राक्षे गोड मोसंबी ही फळें, आईसक्रीम, गुलकंद, अंजीर, डाळींब, पांढरा कांदा व दही [ रात्री दही खाऊ नये ] का

Beat the Heat and be COOOOL Ayurveda believes that one has to balance excess with opposite qualities; so if you want to beat the heat you need cool things for better summer. As you know cold water is easiest way; you can add something like this to your regular diet : Kokam sharbat, gulkand, water melon,kharbuj, rose sharbat, vala sharbat, milk, ice cream, grapes, curds, takr [ non sour ], suger cane juice apply chandan lepa or shatdhaut ghrut or keep cold water cloth on forehead and eyes for some extra need. Wear goggles and cap when out in heat. pathological tests and ayurveda

I believe in pathological tests being done for evaluation of success of my treatment; just feeling well is not sufficient.. For example : If a diabetic patient is feeling well after some course of medicines; how could it be sign of success? His parameters of BSL have to be better too. Otherwise if BSL remains high it may not reflect on symptoms but affect his systems in longer terms. So get it done, ensure the difference and then go ahead that is my policy.

Tridosh siddhant of ayurveda. Ayurveda has described our body as image of the world outside as you can easily understand that all natural elements have been contributory to our body building. If you see around you will understand that there is earth, water, sunlight\heat, wind and sky around us. All these make the body. But the body will not look like a earthen pot which has all these five elements just because there is some reaction taking everyday in our body to transform all these principals in to a particular form.The jivatma is also another element that is not found in earthen pot. when a man and a woman conceives all these elements form an embryo when the jivatma enters and a jiva is formed.
