Sant Dnyaneshwar was one of the greatest saints in Maharashtra and he suffered a lot. His father had left house for spiritual causes and rejoined family after his guru's directions. The so called religious leaders of that time did not accept this and kept the family untouchable and cursed them badly. The parents of the children went on for suicide which did not improve the conditions and they underwent rigorous  bullying by the society. They would feel very sad and annoyed on which their elder brother told them that,'' You study hard the Gita & Upanishadas and tell people that To behave with a man like a man is all about humanity and that is called human religion or bhagawat religion.''  Dnyaneshwar acted upon it, never retaliated and won the love of people by his humble humanism and deep studies and practice of Gita & Upanishadas. He was just 16 when he wrote dnyaneshwari a book on Gita.

Some 22 years ago I was working in Dicholi Goa for Rashtriy swayamsevak sangh as  a full time worker. Dicholi is a small taluka place near Mapusa. We ran 4 new branches across Dicholi but we were not able to reach out to harijan vasti for branch as we had no worker to go there. So I decided to start a weekly program in the vasti which would include volunteers from all the town Dicholi and all people from the harijan vasti and I myself would conduct the programe every week. The decided was wednsday at 7 PM. Many people from the vasti gathered and I told them short stories of great people they really enjoyed it the number of people grew every week. But I were not happy as no volunteers from town had been present so I did not scold or say anything to them but started to call 1 volunteer every week as a speaker and this worked. This was really touching episode. I have always tried to sabotage this pratha of untouchability. I went to so called backward class areas with some of my friends and shared love and respect to those people. In your show one lady said all our religious material is full of this discremination she quoted manusmruti. Another bramhin from kashi praised this pratha and quoted again manusmruti. But see manusmruti is not all about hindu dharma. smrutis are changable according to time ; our original theory is vedas and upanishadas which is abbrevated in bhagvad gita All thes etexts say that not only human being but all the living and non living world is one, it is atman or parabramha; it is full of unity joy and truth and happiness. The thoughts of upanishadas unite the world and all small thoughta are condemned by them It is the society that could not accept these thoughta and some people for their selfish causes went on with all these prathas Let us end untouchabilty and unch nich fr

One world is not the concept of HAF or Manav Jagaran Manch it is thought of upanishadas. They say the world is one and there is no discrimination in the book of God. That one world is called ever lasting, real & ever happy ''parabramh'' of which we are all part and parcel. So if you connect to it you will seek ever lasting happiness. One of my friends died recently at 54 who was  very good in nature but lacked in good earning or smart personality and would always be target of fun makers; it was only HAF who gave him respect and before death he told us that he could secure some confidence in life due to HAF [ or MJM in marathi ] only.
